Spring has sprung, and along with all the delights that come with it we’re bringing back some seasonal specials. Right now you cangrab The Father Loaf, the saucy partner of The Mother Loaf, full of the same tasty ingredients minus the veal , The Father Loaf features a BBQ ketchup glaze topped with our Cheesy Taters. Served up hot with a side of BBQ ketchup made with Smoke Daddy’s Sweet & Smokey, this lovely loaf will only be around another week before going into the vault until Father’s Day.

In the spirit of Easter our special after The Father Loaf will be one of The Meatloaf Bakery’s rarest and most delicious recipes: Lamb-A-Licious! This specialty loaf made with tender lamb, spinach, pine nuts, feta cheese and kalamata olives, is crowned with a buttery nest of baked shredded phyllo dough. Served with a refreshing Tzatziki sauce, this loaf is sure to impress so why not place an order for a few cupcakes, loafies or even a gorgeous loaf to serve at your Springtime celebrations?

We’ll be combining Koval’s informative and tasty distillery tour with a pop-up dinner featuring The Meatloaf Bakery’s food truck, Meatloaf-A-Go-Go. The tour starts at 7pm, lasts 1 1/2 hours and will be kicked off with a selection of The Meatloaf Bakery’s savory offerings.

After satisfying your stomachs with all that The Meatloaf Bakery offers, tour Chicago’s first craft distillery since Prohibition to learn about the intricate creation of Koval’s fine products and just what special magic goes into creating small-batch spirits. See where each and every step of the distillery’s process takes place and tastes the spirits straight from the source.
