These beverages go best with our innovative meatloaf creations, but because we know everyone has a favorite drink, enjoy whatever you’d like.
THE MOTHER LOAF®
This traditional loaf filled with beef, pork, veal, classic herbs and spices works well with big hardy reds: Shiraz, Cabernet, red blends or your favorite Malbec.
HERBY TURKEY LOAF
We prefer a Pinot Noir to complement our flavorful Herby Turkey Loaf. But an oaky Chardonnay will do just fine bringing out the range of ingredients in our creation.
NO BUNS ABOUT IT BURGER LOAF®
This one can go either way. Grab a cold lager or your favorite amber ale. Prefer wine? A gutsy Cabernet or Zinfandel is ideal with the cheesy goodness of this recipe.
What’s an Italian dinner without your best Chianti? Or any other Italian red will work like a Montepulciano or Barbera.
If you’re whipping up some recipes from our cookbook try these beverage options.
A WING AND A PRAYER LOAF®
Cool the kick of our hot wing sauce with a refreshing pale ale or wheat beer. A Riesling with a bit of sweetness also works well to balance the flavors of one of our favorite recipes.
Imagine a Côte de Rhône while you enjoy this fresh and light salmon specialty. Another option is a Sauvignon Blanc or other crisp white wine to highlight our garlic wasabi mashed potatoes.
CHICKEN SHISH KALOAF®
We’ve created a delicious non-dairy recipe loaded with chicken, red onion and great Mediterranean flavors. Pair this with un-oaked Chardonnay or your favorite Pinot Noir to bring out the lemony zing of this dish.
YENTL LENTL LOAF®
Loaded with lentils, mushrooms, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers this earthy gluten-free recipe is absolutely yummy with a hardy red like a Malbec, Rioja or Cab Franc.
EL LOAFO DEL FUEGO
Peppery and robust Zinfandels and Carmenères are a good match for this spicy recipe filled with chorizo, pork and assorted peppers including those hot ones — serranos and jalapenos. Not in the mood for wine? Enjoy it with an IPA.
