Meatloaf by Mail Cupcakes should be kept fully frozen until ready to heat. Do not thaw before heating.

Conventional oven (recommended):

FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove plastic wrap and place the cupcake on non-stick baking pan. Cook the cupcake for approximately 50 minutes. Cover loosely with foil if less browning is desired. Add 6-7 minutes for each additional cupcake.

Allow cupcakes to rest for 2 minutes after cooking. For safety, cupcakes must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF as measured by use of a meat thermometer.

Microwave oven:

FROM FROZEN: Remove plastic wrap and heat on a microwave-safe plate on medium for approximately 8 minutes. Add 3-4 minutes for each additional cupcake. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1250-watt microwave from frozen.

Allow cupcakes to rest for 2 minutes after cooking. For safety, cupcakes must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF as measured by use of a meat thermometer.
